Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Basic Salary: Rs. 20,000–25,000 per month.
Saturday Off
Working hours : 10:00 a.m to 6:30 p.m

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a high-end boutique environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for luxury jewelry and a keen eye for design.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
  • Flexible and willingness to work at any of our store locations when needed.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement & Support:
    • Respond to customer inquiries across online platforms with professionalism and a high level of product knowledge.
    • Address concerns related to products, pricing, services, and availability in a timely and courteous manner.
    • Actively engage with online customers to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.
    • Follow up with clients based on nurtured leads to strengthen customer relationships and drive sales.
    • Monitor and respond to Google My Business (GMB) reviews and queries.
    • Address email inquiries related to sales, services, and customer support.
    • Escalate complex issues to the relevant team (e.g., Marketing & Sales) while ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  2. Data Management & Coordination:
    • Accurately input and verify data in the primary database.
    • Update and maintain the database, ensuring all information is current and precise.
    • Assist senior team members in generating reports from collected data.
    • Coordinate with other departments to obtain and validate necessary data.
    • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with security protocols.
  3. Creative & Organizational Support:
    • Ensure creatives are correctly and timely updated on Google Drive and the calendar.

Coordinate with the team to ensure marketing materials and content are up to date.

Experience

1 - 2 years of experience in the luxury products dealing or similar

Education

Bachelors or above
