Position Title: Store Assistant

Basic Salary: Rs. 18,000 - Rs. 20,000 per month 
Saturday Off
Working hours : 10:00 a.m to 6:30 p.m.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in luxury retail or a high-end boutique environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for luxury jewelry and a keen eye for design.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
• Flexible and willingness to work at any of our store locations when needed.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing personalized service to meet their needs. Follow up with clients for repairs, bill deliveries, jewelry deliveries, etc.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing products, necessary items, and helping in the sales process.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our jewelry collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and unique selling points.
• Merchandising: Ensure the store is impeccably presented at all times, including arranging displays, cleaning, and ensuring the proper functioning of lights, CCTV, and Wi-Fi.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including receiving, tagging, and organizing new stock.
• Operations: Handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and other payment methods.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties as needed and maintain customer records.
• Secondary Host: Step in when the primary host is unavailable for client visits or customer-facing tasks.

Experience

1 Years relevant field experience preferred.

Education

+2 cleared or above
