• We are looking for Inside Sales – Jr. Academic Counsellor to reach out to enquiring candidates about companies Digital Marketing Courses. 
• Candidates should have excellent communication skills as well as interpersonal skills. 
• They should have active listening skills with a passion for education and student journeys.

• Candidate ( 24+)
• Commitment : 1.5 years - 2 years
• Fluent Written & Spoken English & Nepali Language Skills
• Should be dedicated, efficient and highly motivated
• Excellent Telecom and Computer skills

Responsibilities

• Counsel students and help in solving their admission queries.
• Calling students from a given database for lead generation (to be recorded on the CRM Daily)
• Strong follow-ups with interested students
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly targets
• Reaching out to students of various colleges and working professionals to enroll for courses.
• WhatsApp Sales Communication
• Will be given additional responsibilities when needed.

Expected deliverables/KPIs :

• Minimum 60-80 connected calls a day.
• Weekly revenue targets to be met consistently as per the batch requirements.
• 2-3 hours of talk time per day on average.
