Position Objectives:

The Documentation Officer at Education Consultancy plays a critical role in managing documentation processes for students applying for educational opportunities abroad. This position ensures the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of student documentation based on destination-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Document Preparation and Verification:

  • Assist students in preparing and verifying required documents for university applications and visa procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of student documentation based on destination-specific guidelines and regulations.

Application Support:

  • Collaborate with Destination Manager, Senior Counselors, and Counselors to guide students through the document submission process.
  • Provide information and support to students regarding document requirements and procedures.

Destination-Specific Documentation:

  • Stay informed about destination-specific documentation rules and requirements for different educational institutions and visa procedures.
  • Customize document preparation and verification based on destination guidelines.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as the main contact point for students during the documentation process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate closely with the counseling team to ensure seamless communication and effective support for students.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure adherence to visa regulations, educational institution requirements, and KEF's documentation standards.
  • Maintain records of documentation processes and outcomes to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Destination Manager, Senior Counselors, and Counselors to align documentation processes with counseling strategies and student needs.
  • Work closely with assigned counseling team members to support documentation needs for specific destinations.

Experience

Minimum one year of experience in document processing or related roles.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
