We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including VAT entry, maintaining ledger books, and supporting senior accounting staff as needed. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles and practices and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for maintaining the overall accounting system
2. Assist in tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned
3. Implement accounting systems and processes
4. Reconcile income statements.
5. Prepare Cost Sheets
6. Prepare Monthly VAT Returns and file
7. Check if ETDS are done in timely manner
8. Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support.
9. Prepare an expense budget report.
10. Maintaining the purchase and sales book.

Experience

2 years+ in core accounting with TAX Audit knowledge

Bachelors / Masters
