Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across various digital channels, including but not limited to: website, email, social media, search engines, display advertising, and mobile apps.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email and social media.
  • Manage and optimize digital presence, including website, social media profiles, and other digital assets, to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance data and metrics to track campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and make recommendations for new strategies and tactics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights to senior management to demonstrate the impact of digital marketing on business outcomes.

Experience
