Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in accounting and financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel).
• Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Knowledge of tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Expertise in budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances
• Reviewing the company's financial statements to ensure they are accurate
• Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance
• Forecasting future financial performance
• Preparing and analyzing budgets
• Providing accurate financial reports to management
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations

Experience

• 7-10+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership or management position.
• Experience in Cement Industries is Preferred.

Education

Qualified CA Degree is Mandatory.
