We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager with a proven track record in the CCTV and security systems sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding retail outlets and driving project sales by targeting corporate clients and institutions. This role demands strategic planning, team leadership, and a deep understanding of market trends in the security solutions industry.

Responsibilities

  1. Retail Expansion:

    • Identify potential retail partners and onboard them to expand market reach.
    • Develop and execute strategies to grow retail outlets across the assigned territory.
    • Ensure effective product placement, branding, and support at retail outlets.
  2. Corporate and Project Sales:

    • Identify and target corporate clients, government institutions, and large-scale projects.
    • Prepare and present tailored security solutions to meet client needs.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle for projects, from lead generation to closure.
  3. Market Analysis and Strategy:

    • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements to identify opportunities.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Provide insights on product development and marketing efforts based on client feedback.
  4. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and meet objectives.
    • Provide training and support to ensure the team is well-versed in product offerings and sales techniques.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals closed.

Experience

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the CCTV or security systems industry.
    • Proven track record of increasing retail presence and securing large corporate projects.
  • Strong network within the retail and corporate sectors relevant to security solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
