We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to lead the expansion of retail outlets for our smart watch products in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the smart watches or mobile devices industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Requirements:

• Strong network within Kathmandu’s retail market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development:

   • Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
   • Identify potential retail outlets and onboard them to expand market presence.
   • Negotiate terms with retailers to ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships.

2. Market Analysis:

   • Conduct regular market surveys to analyze consumer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
   • Identify untapped market segments and propose strategies to capture them.

3. Retail Management:

   • Maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners and provide ongoing support to enhance sales performance.
   • Ensure the proper display and branding of products in retail outlets.

4. Promotions and Campaigns:

   • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales.
   • Organize training sessions and promotional activities to increase product awareness among retail staff.

5. Reporting and Feedback:

   • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
   • Gather feedback from retailers and customers to improve product offerings and services.

Experience

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the smart watches or mobile devices industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
