Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Junior Associate to join our team in the Finance, HR, & Admin department. The ideal candidate will assist in various finance, human resources, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations on campus.

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone who owns a scooter would be preferable.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Finance

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and
  • receivable from enrolled students.
  • Supporting the students in acquiring and providing financial documents from the India
  • team to help them with their payment process.

HR

  • Assist in recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation,
  • paperwork, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Assist in improving existing HR policies and creating new policies and processes.

Administration

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing office
  • supplies, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.

Experience

Prior experience in finance, HR, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
 

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
