Showroom Sales Manager

Job Specification:

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Good communication and 'people skills' 
• Confidence, motivation and determination
• The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
• Prior experience as a showroom manager
• Degree in Marketing or similar is highly advantageous.
• Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming.
• Capacity to convince indecisive clients to make purchases.
• Top-notch training and mentoring skills.
• Outstanding teamwork, communication, and arbitration abilities.
• Excellent written skills

Responsibilities

• Studying the features of all products
• Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.
• Ensure effective sales and communication strategies are implemented
• Promote a jovial and productive workplace.
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Maintain stocks ledger
• Maintain Client Files

3-5 years in similar industry

Education

Bachelors cleared and above
