We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Executive will play a key role in managing our social media presence, engaging with our online community, and driving brand awareness and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and cosmetics, has excellent communication skills, and is creative and proactive in their approach to social media management.

Responsibilities

Message Replies: Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and messages. Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and excellent customer service.

Influence Handling: Approach new influencers and micr-influencers, make contract and plan for promotion of company products

Order Creation: Manage the creation and fulfillment of orders placed through social media channels, including processing payments, coordinating with the team for product availability, and arranging for delivery or pickup.

Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content from followers and influencers. Foster meaningful relationships with customers and influencers to increase brand loyalty and advocacy.

Social Media Monitoring: Monitor social media platforms for mentions of our salon / academy, industry trends, and competitor activity. Stay informed about relevant conversations and trends to inform content strategy and identify opportunities for engagement.

Analytics and Reporting: Track key social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Prepare regular reports and presentations to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategies.

Experience

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management

 

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (bachelor pursuing candidate may also apply)
