• Winter: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Summer: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Consulting with clients to determine their skin type, skincare concerns, and style preferences.
• Recommending products that fit the client's needs, preferences, and budget, and explaining how the products work.
• Responding to customer questions and complaints.
• Counsel the students interested for the Beauty Courses
• Maintain staff records and working schedules
• Mentoring the team members
• Oversee daily operations
• Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
• Monitor stock and replenish stock
• Keep updated records of costs and revenues (e.g. daily, monthly and quarterly)
• Planning and taking part in store events.
• Handling administrative and clerical duties, such as ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up calls and mails.
