Responsibilities

• Must be able to carter with market requirements and sentiments.
• Ability to come up with market plans according to requirement and location specific nature and implement them.
• Ability to judge and make proactive decisions about market requirements on priority basis,
• Must come up with quarterly performance report of his territory and make future plans accordingly.
• Provide clear and timely instructions for his marketing team and come up with reports.
• Provide timely reports to the company on behalf of his/her  marketing team.
• Able to handle mass social (technician) gatherings along with presentation skills.
• Must possess adequate insight on sales forecasts and set the targets accordingly for his team.

Experience

At least 4 years working experience in mid level with marketing/sales as the core focus.

Candidate with relevant experience in the related sales/marketing field will be given priority. Related field refers to: Plastic Pipes and Fittings Business, Paint Business, Cement Business, Sanitaryware Business.
