Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding client requirements, sourcing and evaluating candidates, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement:

    • Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, organizational culture, and job specifications.

    • Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.

  • Talent Sourcing:

    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

    • Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future recruitment needs.

  • Candidate Screening & Selection:

    • Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.

    • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit with client requirements.

    • Coordinate and facilitate client interviews and feedback sessions.

  • Recruitment Process Management:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

  • Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

    • Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the recruitment process.

  • Market Research & Reporting:

    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent pools.

    • Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to clients and management.

  • Compliance & Best Practices:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

    • Uphold best practices in recruitment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience

(1-3 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within an HR consultancy or similar environment.

Freshers with required skilled sets are also encouraged to apply

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving recruitment goals.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
