Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies (ATL, BTL, and TTL) to achieve business objectives.
  • Leading a team of marketing professionals and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Analyzing market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify new opportunities in our products and Services.
  • Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
  • Organizing & Collaborating events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo & video shoots.
  • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across various marketing channels including social media, websites, and print materials to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
  • Reporting business performance report to Company Director.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales and product development.
  • Managing marketing budgets and optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Creating company brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating & co-operation with Agencies, Brand Ambassador, Actors and Influencer.
  • Analyzing market for Franchise business opportunity.

Experience

3-5 years in Operations management experience, with a focus on improving processes and efficiency

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
