Responsibilities

As The Franchise Manager is responsible for the overall performance of a health & wellness clinic, ensuring it operates according to franchise standards and guidelines. This role involves managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining financial health and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting prospective franchisees based on their financial resources, business experience, and personal characteristics.
  • Interviewing potential franchisees and reviewing their application forms to determine if they are eligible to purchase a franchise.
  • Developing protocols and training programs for current & new franchisees, employees, and managers.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of company’s running franchise branches.
  • Reviewing and ensuring that franchisees are following company franchise standards, policies and procedures for operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local health regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.
  • Developing marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services in markets 8. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Ensuring that each franchise branches meets company standards for cleanliness, appearance, employee behavior and operating procedures. 10. Travelling to different branches and location for meeting with franchisees.
  • Visiting & analyzing new location, market condition, and competition and customer insights in possibilities location for Franchise business.
  • Maintaining effective relationship, co-ordination with Franchiser company team, Franchisees and marketing team on promotional activities and events.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, including healthcare professionals and administrative personnel in franchise branches.
  • Reporting work performance report to company Director.
  • Help for creating company Franchise guidelines.
  • Analyzing or research market for new franchise opportunity to explore company Business and competitor activities.

Experience

3-5 years in Operations management experience, with a focus on improving processes and efficiency

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
