Position: Community Manager (Digital)

The Role:

We are keen to find our next family member. Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team. As a mid-level community manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand's social media presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and building and nurturing our client’s online communities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience developing and executing successful social media content plans across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging social media content and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize content and strategies based on performance metrics
  • Experience managing social media campaigns, promotions, and events is a plus
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media content plans that align with overall marketing and business objectives
  • Create, schedule and publish social media content, including posts, stories, and videos, to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow online community
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust content and strategies to optimize engagement and drive results
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute social media campaigns and promotions
  • Build and nurture relationships with our online community, including influencers, brand ambassadors, and customers
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, and provide recommendations for improving our social media presence and strategies

Experience

Minimum 6 months of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or brand setting

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
