The Role:

We are keen to find our next family member. Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Media Planner to join our team. As a mid-level planner, you will work closely with the account team and clients to develop and execute effective digital media campaigns that meet their business objectives. You will use your knowledge of digital media channels and advertising trends to recommend and execute digital media plans that drive engagement, conversion and awareness.

About you:

  • Proven experience developing and executing successful digital media campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, display and social media advertising
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics
  • Familiarity with digital media buying platforms and ad serving tools, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and communicate digital media strategies and recommendations to clients and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics

Responsibilities

Your Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute digital media plans for clients, including paid search, display advertising and social media advertising
  • Collaborate with the account team to understand client goals and recommend appropriate digital media channels and tactics to meet those goals
  • Conduct research and analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to create media plans
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
  • Monitor campaign budgets and adjust media plans as needed to stay within budget and achieve campaign objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new advertising opportunities to recommend innovative and effective digital media solutions for clients
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on campaign performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in digital media planning, preferably in an agency setting

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
