The Role:

We are keen to find our next family member. We are looking for an upbeat and energized Key Account Manager to help us manage some of our key accounts. Please consider this as a mid-weight level vacancy.

About you:

  • Must have good understanding of content, design and overall strategy
  • A good eye for motion, image and design
  • Relevant educational background (preferred)
  • Have a genuine interest in current and emerging social media trends and technologies
  • Be attentive to details and meet deadlines
  • You’ll have confidence to lead projects independently and have a good attitude to working alongside others
  • Expert fluency social media platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and Snapchat
  • Presentable and should have an excellent grasp on English, Hindi and local language
  • A can-do attitude and a genuine love for the work that you specialize in
  • Good communication skills
  • Research oriented
  • Ability to work independently and diligently and be calm under pressure

Responsibilities

Your Responsibility:

  • Be the main point of contact between the agency and the client
  • Working in collaboration with content writers, graphics designers/illustrators and community moderators within the agency
  • Making sure swift and efficient dissemination of tasks within the team regarding social media calendars, campaigns, website and branding projects
  • Manage workflow efficiently and take responsibility for timing and delivery
  • Collaborate, document and communicate proactively throughout the work cycle
  • Taking responsibility for creative development on projects, ensuring creative output answers the brief
  • Research and reporting on new initiatives and platform wide changes

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience within a digital advertising agency environment

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
