Responsibilities

• Responsible for all online activities of the company
• Handle company's Facebook / Instagram and other social media accounts
• Handle customer queries
• Place company products in various eCommerce sites and classified sites
• Handle orders/queries from online marketing and make sure the queries are properly answered, if not consult with senior and solve the queries
• Mail Correspondance

Experience

2 - 3 years in customer handling / social media operations of an eCommerce company

Education

Bachelors degree
