• Responsible for all online activities of the company
• Handle companys facebook / instagram and other social media accounts
• Handle customer querries
• Place company products in various ecommerce sites and classified sites
• Handle orders / queries from online marketing and make sure the querries are properly answered, if not consult with senior and solve the queries
• Mail Correspondance

Experience

2 - 3 years in customer handling / social media operations of an ecommerce company

Education

Bachelors degree
