A well established group is looking for Deputy Manager HR

Offered Gross Salary:  Rs. 50,000 - 75,000/- per month including PF, Gratuity and allowances depending on competency

Employment Terms and Conditions: As per Company Policy

Job Specification:

  • Must have good knowledge of implementing HR Systems
  • Must have sound knowledge of HR Software’s and MS Office
  • Must have sound knowledge of relevant acts, laws and regulations and statutory taxes applicable in the country. Must be able to keep up to date with any changes in the above
  • Must be energetic, resourceful, willing to learn and participate in company affairs, and be a strong team player
  • Should have good interpersonal and communication skills and must be patient in dealing with employees
  • Should have excellent planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Must be proficient in the use of English and Nepali language – both spoken and written


  1. Develop, and ensure implementation of the personnel policy and programs within the organization.
  2. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
  3. Assist the senior Managers regarding the HR procedurals and related work.
  4. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunites for promotion and employee benefits.
  5. Perform staffing duties such as dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
  6. Reconciling benefits statements
  7. Conducting audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective actions
  8. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
  9. Manage all the internal and external communication systems, thus providing accurate information.
  10. Manage all assets/ facilities of the organization – database management, maintenance, insurance, purchase, etc.


6 years+  relevant work experience in Human Resource in a reputed company, handling at least 50+ employees


Masters in Human Resource preferred
