Key Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in FMCG brand management, ideally in snacks/namkeens/bakery.
- Proven track record of successful brand building and product launches.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in consumer insights & data-driven decision making.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global MNC environment with cross-functional teams.
