- NPF does not take any responsibility for the person including his character, behaviour and performance.
- Any responsibility whatsoever it be on our part if arises would be restricted to the amount of fee charged by
us.
- The place of jurisdiction shall be Kathmandu, Nepal.
- Full charges shall be payable to NPF for person selected in the same or sister concern of the ordering organisation,
