An 15 years old business, that specialises in Student Recruitment to Australia is looking for a Senior Education & Visa Counsellor to Australia 

Term: Full Time 
Salary: NRS 30,000 (negotiable for suitable candidate) 
Location: Kathmandu, Bagbazaar 
Shift and Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm 
Reporting to: Management as instructed

candidates having two wheelers and valid driving license will be preferred

Responsibilities

• Education counselling to enrol students to Australian universities, colleges, courses in different cities of Australia 
• Assist students in their career, study choice and visa documentation 
• Keep up to date knowledge and skills in international students in Australia, statistics, education sectors, student visa regime, Department of Immigration requirements and guidelines, relevant Australian High Commission requirement and guidelines on student visas etc. 
• Market research, competitor research on international student industry 
• Create and develop market, generate leads and new customers and prospects among international students here in Australia and from India and other countries to do business with the organisation.
• Provide career counselling for those students, educate them about student visa requirements, financial sponsorship requirement, Genuine Temporary Entrant requirement (GTE), English requirements, risk factors on student visa etc and guide the students and parents accordingly. 
• Develop Subagent market in Australia, India and any other countries possible to enrol their students through the organisation and agree on commission rates. 
• Quality control, reference checks etc of subagents before engaging them. 
• Develop and increase sales, set sales targets monthly, review, meet and discuss them. 
• Assist students with student visa applications, preparation and lodgement 
• Use Student Management Systems, Infusion soft, Uni agent, Officio like CRM systems effectively for database management and customer handling. 
• Effective Social Media Management and Advertising 
• Organising and hosting education seminars and promotional events to create leads. 
• Create and send newsletters to create new leads 
• Up to date posting of social media posting ie facebook, Instagram etc to create new leads 
• Increase prospect to customer conversion. 
• Make sure to get qualified as Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC) Status 
• Complete ISANA Test
