Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of designers and marketers
• Responsible for all online activities
• Develop affiliate digital media marketing programs
• Staying up to date on software or data trends
• Keep current knowledge of online sales trends
• Updating website for new products, features, price, stocks, schemes, pictograms to smoothen the e-commerce website.  
• Setting the online sales target and execution of same.
• Interaction with online customers (via chat, call and email) and sales conversion.
• Check, plan and maintain the smooth logistics of online orders to deliver the valued service to the online customers.
• Handle a corporate level online orders and transform to the sales.
• Co-ordinate with different inter-related departments and arrange pre-online marketing activities of upcoming products.
• Plan a marketing/promotion schemes according to the seasons, festivals and time.
• Provide analytic reports of online sales
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO), CMS, Social Media, Email marketing.
• Experience managing a team of people
• Ability to critique and advise E-Commerce team
• In depth understanding of web design and web analytic software
• Knowledge of Bulk Editing, Multi-Attribution modelling, Bid Management across networks, A/B testing of adverts, Google adwords

Education

Educated to degree level in Digital Marketing or any related field.
