Responsibilities

1. Developing a clear understanding of the brands audience. 
2. Working closely with the CEO and to create an effective & innovative strategy for marketing the jewellery brand within Nepal. 
3. Manage the external design agency over the creation, delivery and implementation of all work related to campaigns, promotions etc.
4. Ensuring and maintaining all forms of communication  
5. Understanding the product and buyer profile and write thorough specs for each. 
6. Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met. 
7. Managing & following the production of materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters etc for the marketing segment. 
8. Maintaining and updating buyer/client databases 
9. Conducting market research. 
10. Monitoring competitor activity & mood. 
11. Conducting market analysis to evaluate latest trends, brand awareness. 
12. Supporting other colleagues to complete tasks.
13. Maintaining a record/note of all the activities personally undertaken. 
14. Submitting weekly reports to the CEO. 
15. Submitting daily reports via whats app

Experience

3 - 5 years experience in marketing ( experience about jewelry sector would e preferred)
