  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
  • Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Take product orders by phone, e-mail and inform the manager about the orders
  • Prepare bills and send qotations to different clients
  • Deal with complaints or problems
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
  • Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
  • Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations
  • Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
  • Make travel arrangements as and when required

Specific Attributes

  • Presentable and attractive personality
  • Good in computer programs such as MS-word & MS-Excel
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to express client handling and complain resolution skills
  • Good time management and team working skills with clients, staffs and management
  • Male & Female candidates both are preferred
