Job Purpose:

Sales of AC equipment (Chillers, Air handling units, Fan coil units, package units, condensing units, VRF, split units, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new streams/ applications for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeated / referral business. 
• Tapping new markets and coordinating with channel partners to penetrate these segments to expand business & generate income.
• Enquiry generation, Presentation, Business Meetings ,Site Visit, understanding customer application & requirement,Site visits .taking all required input , converting it into Air cooling Solution Offer & follow ups.
• Sales & Marketing
• Implementing sales strategies for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue from primary as well as secondary sales. 
• Conversion of customer enquiries in sales and generation of new enquiries.
• Taking part in various trade fairs / exhibition to market and promote products.
• Evaluating marketing budgets periodically inclusive of manpower-planning initiatives and ensuring adherence to planned expenses.
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.

Experience

5-6  years as a Sales Engineer with indepth knowledge of all types of AC equipment

Education

B. E Mechanical with MBA Marketing are preferred
