Salary Range : 15000 to 25000 per month + Service Charge 

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Handling all the correspondence
• Provide travel information, itineraries and prices
• Generation of bills in accordance with the contracted rates
• Managing the entire reservation process which includes taking bookings, sending out confirmation emails and recording the booking following all the procedures specified by the management
•  Maintaining cordial relations with the clients
• Supervising of Group Reservations
• Bring to the attention to the management when the hotel availability status be changed and prepare for necessary action
• Review arrival departure report daily
• Follow up tentative booking and update reservation status
• Maintaining database of the travel agencies and corporate houses with all the rates
• Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination and co operation with all the departments of the hotel
• Handling of emails and phone calls
• Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handling the Online Travel Agencies
• Actively engage in sales and promotion activity, no include but not limited to making cold calls, scheduling and making sales appointments, etc

Experience

• Minimu 2 years
• Must have experience in correspondence
• General idea of hotel operations
• Proficient in MS Office

Education

Candidate must have completed bachelor’s degree in Management field
