Responsibilities

  • Build and grow collaborative relationships with customers and partners
  • Have an in-depth understanding of customer’s business problem and goals
  • Provide positive, engaging and quality customer service experiences to all potential and current customers
  • Negotiate contracts and renew existing contracts that present the most favourable terms possible for both the client and for the organisation.

Specific Attributes

We are looking for a high energy, independent and experienced Account Manager to help us support and grow our offerings and services. This role will work closely with our Strategic Account Manager and Digital Communications teams.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A track record of retaining and growing accounts under a revenue target model
  • Understanding of CRM and basic Microsoft Office programs
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Able to be a team player and work on own

Experience

2+ years account management experience in a sales role with a technology company

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
